The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, Viking FK's goal looked a bit too open when Svetlozar Tzonev came free, but Stein-Roger Silden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Runar Myrland kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stein-Roger Silden. That made the score 1-1 in the 21 minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match Ask Tønsberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 狄旭适 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henrik Systad in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 狄旭适 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 狄旭适 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ask Tønsberg in the 36th minute of the match. Arne Sannerud kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as PERSIA FC's Runar Myrland slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stein-Roger Silden. That made the score 2-1 after 45 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Runar Myrland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Stein-Roger Silden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Runar Myrland in the 51st minute of the match. In the 67thth minute of the game Henrik Systad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PERSIA FC's 狄旭适 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stein-Roger Silden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Runar Myrland in the 68th minute of the match. 狄旭适 made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Arne Sannerud sent off a good shot on target. Stein-Roger Silden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Runar Myrland in the 70th minute of play. Stein-Roger Silden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Runar Myrland in the 73rd minute of the match. Viking FK's Stein-Roger Silden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Runar Myrland in the 78th minute of play. Anders Bang charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anders Bang the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anders Bang kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Svetlozar Tzonev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Stein-Roger Silden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute Runar Myrland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stein-Roger Silden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Ask Tønsberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 狄旭适 was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. PERSIA FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Viking FK for a fine match.
