In the 15th minute, Pius Decorvet made a precise shot to the right of Frode Stenersen. FC Lakrisal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Sten Hård struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Frode Stenersen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deknepollen. After a defensive mix-up in Deknepollen's zone, Ove Tøsse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inge Børresen came out of the goal and Ove Tøsse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Lakrisal's Frode Stenersen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Hård in the 25th minute of play. William Tandberg hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Lakrisal's Audun Nordlien got a free kick in the 36th minute. Audun Nordlien charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Audun Nordlien the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, FC Lakrisal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Audun Nordlien to maneuver through the defense. In the 94thth minute of the game Mathias Tufte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Lakrisal's Frode Stenersen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dan Aasberg hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Deknepollen had played much better football throughout.
