Jøran Ek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geir-Inge Skulstad in the 23rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Geir-Inge Skulstad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jøran Ek was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Oslo City FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bakarvågen the free kick. In the 84th minute, Joachim Engelund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Søren Valen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoffer Hernes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oslo City FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Bakarvågen had controlled the match.
