But to his dismay, Finn-Christian Schei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 8th match minute, Flogo FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magne Berre to maneuver through the defense. After 11 minutes, Felix Rynning mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trabzonspor and the Flogo FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Felix Rynning kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Are Røberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Finn-Christian Schei's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Finn-Christian Schei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Are Røberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Flogo FF's Jesper Blomberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Flogo FF from getting a goal against them. In the 37thth minute of the game Kyrre Nekstad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flogo FF's Jesper Blomberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Flogo FF's Håvard Kvalø got a free kick in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svend Havn in the 40th minute of play forced Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Are Røberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Are Røberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håvard Kvalø in the 41st minute of the match. If Svend Havn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Flogo FF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute Finn-Christian Schei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Are Røberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Are Røberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Håvard Kvalø, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Finn-Christian Schei recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Are Røberg. Finn-Christian Schei showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Malmin in the 64th minute of play forced Flogo FF's goalkeeper Jesper Blomberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Are Røberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigve Berland in the 65th minute of the match. After 67 minutes, Alperen Altun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trabzonspor and the Flogo FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th minute, Alperen Altun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finn-Christian Schei in the 71st minute of play forced Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Are Røberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Are Røberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigve Berland in the 72nd minute of the match. After 73 played minutes Trabzonspor got a freekick which was hit by Kyrre Nekstad. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Finn-Christian Schei in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Are Røberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trabzonspor's Kyrre Nekstad suffered a sore thigh after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Magne Berre's late challenge caught a Trabzonspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magne Berre helped the player get up and apologised. Trabzonspor's Asle Holter was substituted for Kyrre Nekstad. Magne Berre kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Finn-Christian Schei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute Sigve Berland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Are Røberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svend Havn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Are Røberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
