Magnus Meier succeeded in the game's 11th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Rudolf Helberg scored 3-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Haugerud, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kasper Hilstad kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Robert Haugerud was a little too slow when Magnus Meier got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 4-0. After some careless play in the Ranheim IL defense, Magnus Meier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robert Haugerud. The Ranheim IL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robert Haugerud should have stopped the shot. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Rudolf Helberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ranheim IL fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! After having played for 30 minutes, Mikael Herdlevær managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team E.C Dahls's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Herdlevær was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Ranheim IL's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Valla came free, but Robert Haugerud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 32nd minute of the game. One of Ranheim IL:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Team E.C Dahls:s goal. The goalkeeper, Robert Haugerud, was totally fooled by Team E.C Dahls's Olaf Østby, who 33 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Magnus Meier received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robert Haugerud came out and tried to block the shot, but Magnus Meier slotted it home off the left post making it 8-0 in the 38th minute. After some careless play in the Ranheim IL defense, Magnus Meier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robert Haugerud. The Ranheim IL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robert Haugerud should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Ranheim IL's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Meier came free, but Robert Haugerud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Magnus Meier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André Risnes hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Rudolf Helberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Haugerud. Ranheim IL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rudolf Helberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 10-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Magnus Meier to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Rudolf Helberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Team E.C Dahls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Team E.C Dahls's Magnus Meier got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Magnus Meier came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Team E.C Dahls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Magnus Meier couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute Kenneth Valla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Haugerud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12-0 became the score in the 63rd minute when Magnus Meier elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julian Paulsen during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 68 minutes, Rudolf Helberg made it 13-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ranheim IL's Robert Haugerud tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Robert Haugerud was left in no man's land by his defense there! Team E.C Dahls walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
