Erik Grøneng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tor-Kristian Seim in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kjønstad BF's Tolga Şakib got a free kick in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kjønstad BF's zone, Ole Meisingset stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Grøneng came out of the goal and Ole Meisingset tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stewart Bowden kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Real Helland's goal looked a bit too open when Wang Fei Xing came free, but Jon-Erik Ringvold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Wang Fei Xing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erik Grøneng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Tofani, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Real Helland's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eduard Proca in the 66th minute. A nice corner shot did that Eduard Proca got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erik Grøneng quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 71 minutes into the game, Real Helland's Przemyslaw Ciupierdo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erik Grøneng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Kjønstad BF's Theodor Fjermestad was substituted for Rene Egoitz. In the 74th minute, Raymond Engevik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
