Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Guus Eiting made the kick off and thus started the match. Guus Eiting did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Toni van den Eede 12 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robbie Germs during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Robbie Germs hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Guus Eiting took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Toni van den Eede to make any attempt to save it. Jacco Rensenbrink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni van den Eede having to interfere. When Haghoek S.C.'s Robbie Germs in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cadoelen's goalie prevented a goal. Guus Eiting sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Cadoelen booed when Haghoek S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robbie Germs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacco Rensenbrink sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 minutes, Marco Ginneken mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cadoelen and the Haghoek S.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st minute, Marco Ginneken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guus Eiting fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni van den Eede having to interfere. Haghoek S.C.'s Guus Eiting got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacco Rensenbrink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni van den Eede having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ferdi Meppelink to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacco Rensenbrink in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toni van den Eede prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Haghoek S.C. fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Haghoek S.C.'s Jacco Rensenbrink looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jacco Rensenbrink struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Toni van den Eede didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haghoek S.C.. 74 minutes into the game, Andreas de Swart was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cadoelen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haghoek S.C. the free kick. After 74 played minutes Cadoelen got a freekick which was hit by Andreas de Swart. In the 75th minute of the match Robert-Jan Hummel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Toni van den Eede showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Jacco Rensenbrink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guus Eiting fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni van den Eede having to interfere. Marco Ginneken hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Jacco Rensenbrink recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Toni van den Eede showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guus Eiting in the 84th minute of the match. In the 84th match minute, Cadoelen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Ginneken to maneuver through the defense. Toni van den Eede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guus Eiting in the 87th minute of play. Marcel Damen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willem Germs having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iwan Schipper during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Ferdi Meppelink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haghoek S.C.'s Guus Eiting got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute Jacco Rensenbrink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni van den Eede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Haghoek S.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
