The Fc Wilnis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gert Boswijk should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Sappemeer booed when Fc Wilnis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Plenter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sappemeer's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
