The supporters of Readymountains booed when FC Bloemkool was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kees Klinkhamer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute Albert Need shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niels Ranzijn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Cremers kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Mark Cremers hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Wouter Ronde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute of the match Johannes Hammen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niels Ranzijn skillfully saved the ball. In the 14th match minute, FC Bloemkool was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mark Cremers to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, FC Bloemkool's goal looked a bit too open when Wouter Ronde came free, but Niels Ranzijn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bloemkool's goalkeeper Niels Ranzijn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Albert Need sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kees Klinkhamer kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Niels Ranzijn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wouter Ronde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Bloemkool's Ate Hesseling got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Niels Ranzijn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Need in the 35th minute of play. Maarten Maes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eelco Ronde having to interfere. Niels Ranzijn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wouter Ronde went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Gerrit Idema fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Bloemkool's protests and gave Gerrit Idema a yellow card for diving instead. Gerrit Idema kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Readymountains were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albert Need to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Waldijk in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eelco Ronde saved Readymountains from getting behind. If Maarten Maes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Waldijk took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eelco Ronde. Eelco Ronde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. FC Bloemkool's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Albert Need scored to the left of an out of position Niels Ranzijn, making the score, 1-2. Maarten Maes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Wouter Ronde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Bloemkool's Niels Ranzijn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Need in the 78th minute of play. Albert Need received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Niels Ranzijn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niels Ranzijn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Broers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Broers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wouter Ronde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Niels Ranzijn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Albert Need recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Niels Ranzijn. Albert Need showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 91st match minute, Readymountains was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Broers to maneuver through the defense. Albert Need fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niels Ranzijn having to interfere. The FC Bloemkool supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Readymountains's performance. The match ended with a win for Readymountains.
