A very good chance. Gerwin Cornelisse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Bremming having to interfere. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Maasbommel SV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ricky Weerman was slow to take the kick. During this time FIFA MOL's players had a chance to rest. Ricky Weerman made a great header on FIFA MOL's corner, it was just that Maasbommel SV's Stephan Hulzebos managed to reach the ball for a save. Karel Westerhof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Bremming having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

FIFA MOL made a substitution. Jacques Kooij replaced Moreno de Amaral. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İlhan Emir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, FIFA MOL's İlhan Emir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stephan Hulzebos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Felix Janssens came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the FIFA MOL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Janssens couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İlhan Emir in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stephan Hulzebos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerwin Cornelisse got free with Joachim Bremming in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
