Derk Ranzijn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elroy Krommert charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elroy Krommert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elroy Krommert kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Derk Ranzijn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Han Dalman in the 35th minute of the match. Zoeterwoude HC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philip Weken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Philip Weken in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Derk Ranzijn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, AFC Amsterdam's Derk Ranzijn got control of the ball when Han Dalman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Han Dalman kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The supporters of Zoeterwoude HC booed when AFC Amsterdam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domenik Beishuizen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Philip Weken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zoeterwoude HC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philip Weken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Derk Ranzijn was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Danny Hellemons capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Danny Hellemons really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. When the final whistle sounded Zoeterwoude HC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AFC Amsterdam.
