The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Dolf Friebel made a precise shot to the right of Richard Roetering. FC Fœtbæłł's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Jacco Hekman managed to get in a good position for a shot. ツ Lo♥e Always ツ's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacco Hekman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Roetering breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Roetering didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dolf Friebel went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. FC Fœtbæłł's Richard Roetering played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacco Hekman in the 14th minute of play. Richard Roetering came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by ツ Lo♥e Always ツ's Dolf Friebel. But to his dismay, Dolf Friebel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Dolf Friebel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Richard Roetering tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Roetering stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacco Hekman's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Dolf Friebel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jacco Hekman kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ツ Lo♥e Always ツ's Ronald Lokin got a free kick in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacco Hekman in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Roetering prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute, ツ Lo♥e Always ツ's Fernando Hulsebos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fernando Hulsebos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ツ Lo♥e Always ツ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fernando Hulsebos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in ツ Lo♥e Always ツ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gijsbert Ubels to strike the kick off in the second half. Anthony Kleiker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert Ubels in the 52nd minute of play. In the 52nd minute, Jacco Hekman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Fœtbæłł's Richard Roetering proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save FC Fœtbæłł from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teun Lyle in the 61st minute of play forced FC Fœtbæłł's goalkeeper Richard Roetering to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacco Hekman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Roetering read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. ツ Lo♥e Always ツ's Anthony Kleiker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Jan Weken in the 63rd minute of play. Jacco Hekman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Richard Roetering when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Anthony Kleiker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert Ubels in the 77th minute of the match. Teun Lyle kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Jacco Hekman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Roetering having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, ツ Lo♥e Always ツ's Jacco Hekman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Richard Roetering made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. ツ Lo♥e Always ツ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
