Richard Roetering yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 14th minute, Pimpelmee SV's Gerrit Stegeman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Harris Oortwijn might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerjan van Zalen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harris Oortwijn ran back to his position shaking his head. Richard Roetering took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elco de Ruijter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Roetering made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Gerrit Stegeman sent off a good shot on target. If Gerrit Stegeman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remond Dowie might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richard Roetering. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elco de Ruijter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richard Roetering showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elco de Ruijter in the 52nd minute of the match. Gerrit Stegeman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richard Roetering showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerrit Stegeman in the 69th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Gert Jan Weken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elco de Ruijter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerrit Stegeman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Richard Roetering tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gijsbert Ubels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mario Hoffhuis hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Elco de Ruijter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Roetering having to interfere. Pimpelmee SV were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Fœtbæłł for a fine match.
