Spectators: 7432 (Terracing: 5575, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jan Rein Deitmers kicked off to start the match. When Bram Bos came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Coniunctis Viribus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bram Bos couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Coniunctis Viribus getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Theo Kleiker hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Coniunctis Viribus's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Scheepstra came free, but Martin Hoving reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bram Bos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Maasland having to interfere. Theo Jonkman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jan Rein Deitmers took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Hoving. Martin Hoving dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 31st minute, Hans Scheepstra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Hans Scheepstra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otto Geerdink hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Reusel Excelsior's Iwan Maasland proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Reusel Excelsior from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bram Bos to make the kick off. Bram Bos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Theo Jonkman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute Jan Rein Deitmers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Hoving saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute Bram Bos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Maasland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Rein Deitmers in the 65th minute of play forced Coniunctis Viribus's goalkeeper Martin Hoving to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bram Bos took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iwan Maasland. Iwan Maasland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Jan Rein Deitmers was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 74th minute. Reusel Excelsior's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After having played for 76 minutes, Theo Jonkman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coniunctis Viribus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Theo Jonkman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Reusel Excelsior's Hans Scheepstra got a free kick in the 79th minute. Hans Scheepstra struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Martin Hoving didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reusel Excelsior. 86 minutes into the game, Jacco Carel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coniunctis Viribus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reusel Excelsior the free kick. Hans van der Vaart hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Bram Bos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Coniunctis Viribus's Theo Jonkman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iwan Maasland narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 94 minutes Reusel Excelsior's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Max Huiting who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Max Huiting got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Iwan Maasland quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Coniunctis Viribus's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
