In the 28th minute, Sjoerd Gerseke made a precise shot to the right of Hubert Kluivert. SİKERATAR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. With his leg Hubert Kluivert managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Ruisseveen's Sjoerd Gerseke fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 78 played minutes Ruisseveen got a freekick which was hit by Hette Arnolds. Thijs Waidijk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, SİKERATAR's Douwe Stühling nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Steve Pluijm made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. If Thijs Waidijk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The supporters of Ruisseveen booed when SİKERATAR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerald Staal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruisseveen played a much better game than SİKERATAR and deserved their victory. The SİKERATAR players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
