A collision led to Etenaken RKSV getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Daan Saarberg hit a great ball. Coos Tinselboer kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Carlos Alves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bob Heck was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. 44 minutes into the match, Etenaken RKSV's goalkeeper Andre Ottens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marinus Klasen. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marinus Klasen was the one to do the kick off. Wim Veenhuis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Bob Heck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bob Heck made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Jack den Engelsman sent off a good shot on target. Marinus Klasen struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Andre Ottens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paauwenburg. Carlos Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Heck having to interfere. The supporters of Etenaken RKSV booed when Paauwenburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hub Heubach didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fabian Maseland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Marinus Klasen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
