The De Timmannen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sander Kersten should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Zwaluwen Vooruit's Vincent Carels got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Joop Mols had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 played minutes Zwaluwen Vooruit got a freekick which was hit by Vincent Carels. In the 21st minute, Sven Korsma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlo van Assen hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Arjan van Baarle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Sander Kersten when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Joop Mols sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arjan van Baarle scored 2-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sander Kersten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joost Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Sander Kersten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mathieu Kuypers took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sander Kersten. Sander Kersten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind De Timmannen's goalkeeper Sander Kersten, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arjan van Baarle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in De Timmannen's zone, Mathieu Kuypers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sander Kersten came out of the goal and Mathieu Kuypers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute Joop Mols shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bert Ooijer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Korsma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bert Ooijer having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joop Mols in the 72nd minute of play forced Zwaluwen Vooruit's goalkeeper Bert Ooijer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Zwaluwen Vooruit getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Carlo van Assen hit a great ball. If Joop Mols had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 minutes, Mathieu Kuypers made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. De Timmannen's Sander Kersten tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute, Mathieu Kuypers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
