Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hendrik Oldenbeuving made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Boomen's Rogier Haas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maurice Kiewit. Maurice Kiewit yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 10 played minutes FC bal op dak got a freekick which was hit by Jeffrey Som. After a rather tough play, Boomen's Ate de Swart got a free kick in the 14th minute. When Hendrik Oldenbeuving came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the FC bal op dak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hendrik Oldenbeuving couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute, Donny van Amersfoort hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeroen Hindriks missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 24 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Maurice Kiewit right hand side. Maurice Kiewit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robbie Kaptein in the 29th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Robbie Kaptein made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC bal op dak's Maurice Kiewit tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frits Wielens got free with Maurice Kiewit in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Robbie Kaptein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, FC bal op dak's goalkeeper Maurice Kiewit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frits Wielens. If Rogier Haas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Maurice Kiewit made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frits Wielens in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Frits Wielens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boomen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When Timmie Jonker came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the FC bal op dak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timmie Jonker couldn't finish the play. Maurice Kiewit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbie Kaptein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Timmie Jonker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frits Wielens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurice Kiewit having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Frits Wielens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurice Kiewit was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frits Wielens in the 79th minute of play forced FC bal op dak's goalkeeper Maurice Kiewit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurice Kiewit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frits Wielens in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Boomen fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC bal op dak had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
