Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Hagenouw kicked off to start the match. Mart Roorda scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franck van Zomeren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Franck van Zomeren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bram Pool, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Gerjan Bosschaart hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the match, Woudenberg S.C.'s goalkeeper Steve Eiting had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Han van Zeijl. Bram Pool sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 20 minutes, Antoon Piening managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Woudenberg S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Antoon Piening was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Woudenberg S.C.'s Steve Eiting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frans van der Gun in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Woudenberg S.C.'s goalkeeper Steve Eiting had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frans van der Gun. Ernst Siepel in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Steve Eiting, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 31st minute Ernst Siepel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steve Eiting saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roderick Zeegelaar hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Woudenberg S.C.'s Steve Eiting proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Woudenberg S.C. from getting a goal against them. Steve Eiting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Siepel in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Frans van der Gun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Steve Eiting was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute, Ernst Siepel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 42 minutes, Han van Zeijl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acquoij S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Han van Zeijl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute of the match, Frans van der Gun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Steve Eiting saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Ernst Siepel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernst Siepel succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 47th playminute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Han van Zeijl made the kick off in the second half. The Acquoij S.C. fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Acquoij S.C.'s Johannes Bergman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Johannes Bergman fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Acquoij S.C.'s protests and gave Johannes Bergman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Acquoij S.C.'s Johannes Bergman got a free kick in the 63rd minute. If Ernst Siepel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Woudenberg S.C.'s Steve Eiting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frans van der Gun in the 67th minute of play. Ernst Siepel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Steve Eiting stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernst Siepel's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Johannes Bergman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernst Siepel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Steve Eiting tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Gerjan Bosschaart managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acquoij S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gerjan Bosschaart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steve Eiting breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Han van Zeijl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Steve Eiting took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernst Siepel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, Acquoij S.C.'s Michel Evenhuis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Steve Eiting narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Woudenberg S.C. defense, Jeroen Theunissen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Steve Eiting. The Woudenberg S.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Steve Eiting should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernst Siepel in the 90th minute of play forced Woudenberg S.C.'s goalkeeper Steve Eiting to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Acquoij S.C. were the better team. Acquoij S.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
