Spectators: 7422 (Terracing: 5567, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 148) Gerben Boshuis made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Goorn booed when Tinga S.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerben Boshuis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Goorn's Kristian Medgyesi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bertus van den Hoogen. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. Kristian Medgyesi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertus van den Hoogen having to interfere. Kristian Medgyesi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Goorn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerard Snijders was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Meindert Lembeck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anton Kristoffers. Goorn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Meindert Lembeck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Anton Kristoffers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meindert Lembeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Goorn's Pascal Zandee got a free kick in the 28th minute. Anton Kristoffers came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Tinga S.V.'s Gerben Boshuis. But to his dismay, Gerben Boshuis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Tim Staarman hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Gerben Boshuis made a precise shot to the right of Anton Kristoffers. Goorn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Kristian Medgyesi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Tinga S.V.'s goalkeeper Bertus van den Hoogen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kristian Medgyesi. Kristian Medgyesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Bertus van den Hoogen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jordy Pothuizen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Gerard Snijders got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 58 in the game by Meindert Lembeck from a close distance when the talented Anton Kristoffers managed to make a qualified save. Goorn's players were relieved. Anton Kristoffers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordy Pothuizen in the 60th minute of the match. Goorn's Anton Kristoffers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jordy Pothuizen in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerben Boshuis in the 63rd minute of play forced Goorn's goalkeeper Anton Kristoffers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Meindert Lembeck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tinga S.V.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Meindert Lembeck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Goorn's Anton Kristoffers got control of the ball when Meindert Lembeck tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordy Pothuizen in the 70th minute of play forced Goorn's goalkeeper Anton Kristoffers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tinga S.V.'s zone, Kristian Medgyesi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertus van den Hoogen came out of the goal and Kristian Medgyesi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Kristian Medgyesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bertus van den Hoogen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Medgyesi in the 82nd minute of play. Anton Kristoffers was a little too slow when Gerben Boshuis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-4. Gerben Boshuis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Kristoffers having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Goorn's goalkeeper Anton Kristoffers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Meindert Lembeck. The Goorn supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tinga S.V.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Tinga S.V..
