Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 2 played minutes Paradijs HC got a freekick which was hit by Pim Wermans. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Harms in the 4th minute of play forced Paradijs HC's goalkeeper Remond Bosschaart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rien Asselbergs charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rien Asselbergs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Paradijs HC got a freekick which was hit by Rien Asselbergs. Remond Bosschaart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rick Veninga in the 7th minute of the match. Remond Bosschaart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rick Veninga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, one of Paradijs HC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Paradijs HC. The referee gave Eijsden a penalty, 12 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jens Bronkhorst, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Paradijs HC's Remond Bosschaart. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arjen Oosterveld got free with Werner Broerse in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rick Veninga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remond Bosschaart having to make a save. Tomas Harms took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remond Bosschaart. Remond Bosschaart dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, Tomas Harms had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remond Bosschaart. Paradijs HC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Harms was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 33rd minute Alberino Alamea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remond Bosschaart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Paradijs HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Gierman to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Rick Veninga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eijsden's supporters rose to their feet, but Rick Veninga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remond Bosschaart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Melvin van Zalingen charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melvin van Zalingen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alberino Alamea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Remond Bosschaart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Eijsden's Tomas Harms in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paradijs HC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute, Tomas Harms ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remond Bosschaart was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melvin van Zalingen was the one to do the kick off. Werner Broerse came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Paradijs HC's Arjen Oosterveld. But to his dismay, Arjen Oosterveld quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After a rather tough play, Paradijs HC's Rien Asselbergs got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Rick Veninga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rick Veningas short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Remond Bosschaart to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Paradijs HC's Rien Asselbergs got his second yellow card of the match in the 63rd minute. The referee ordered Rien Asselbergs off the ground. In the 67th minute, Tomas Harms ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remond Bosschaart was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. After 73rd play minutes Tomas Harms shot 1-6, a short shot which went by Remond Bosschaart and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 78th minute of the match, Tomas Harms tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Remond Bosschaart saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eijsden's Werner Broerse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arjen Oosterveld in the 80th minute of play. Werner Broerse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arjen Oosterveld in the 82nd minute of the match. When Bjorn van der Wiel fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eijsden's protests and gave Bjorn van der Wiel a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes Eijsden got a freekick which was hit by Bjorn van der Wiel. In the 86th minute Alberino Alamea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remond Bosschaart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eijsden's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
