In the 19th minute Taco Ubels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Han Mussies saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Taco Ubels left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Vossenbelt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Humberto Oosterbaan in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Han Mussies prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Heukelom Utd's Han Mussies played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taco Ubels in the 25th minute of play. Riemer Hoogstrate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melvin Redan in the 29th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Domenik Lyesen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Heukelom Utd and the FC Vossenbelt players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Vossenbelt booed when Heukelom Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lex Schildkamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascal Bulder was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 73rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Han Mussies showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taco Ubels, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Heukelom Utd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Taco Ubels was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Jef Bosschaart's late challenge caught a FC Vossenbelt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jef Bosschaart helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of Heukelom Utd:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Vossenbelt:s goal. When Taco Ubels came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the FC Vossenbelt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Taco Ubels couldn't finish the play. Heukelom Utd's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Taco Ubels 98 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-7. When the match was over FC Vossenbelt could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Heukelom Utd throughout the match.
