Sipke Deuring recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Richard Korfs took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gido Kostermans to make any attempt to save it. Brain Vrede sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jurre Hoekstra kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, FC Wv Noord's Ronny Rogaars broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 29th minute, Ronny Rogaars sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Noordbroek's Gido Kostermans didn't even have to move. Romeo Scaeru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Eric Boekholt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zymbyl Zyzykin in the 38th minute of play forced FC Wv Noord's goalkeeper Eric Boekholt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Wilfred Nijhof hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 40 minutes, Zymbyl Zyzykin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Noordbroek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zymbyl Zyzykin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sipke Deuring could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Gido Kostermans made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Richard Korfs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richard Korfs scored 2-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gido Kostermans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 66 minutes into the match, FC Wv Noord's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Scaeru came free, but Eric Boekholt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Korfs in the 68th minute of play forced Noordbroek's goalkeeper Gido Kostermans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, Noordbroek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Dodorol to maneuver through the defense. Sipke Deuring fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gido Kostermans having to interfere. Richard Korfs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Brain Vrede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sipke Deuring came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the FC Wv Noord fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sipke Deuring couldn't finish the play.
