Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Henny Abbekerk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Deniel in the 5th minute of the match. When SV- Odijk's Gooitzen Koopmans in 10 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Henny Abbekerk guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After a rather tough play, SV- Odijk's Jan Ostermann got a free kick in the 13th minute. Naufal Djakasuria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Jansen, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. SV- Odijk's Naufal Djakasuria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Oosterbaan in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Kievitsbraak S.V. booed when SV- Odijk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giel Spoel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Naufal Djakasuria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Oosterbaan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Herbert Deniel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henny Abbekerk was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Henny Abbekerk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giel Spoel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Henny Abbekerk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Herbert Deniel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kievitsbraak S.V.'s Henny Abbekerk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Herbert Deniel sped through Kievitsbraak S.V.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Henny Abbekerk. 41 minutes into the match, Herbert Deniel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Henny Abbekerk, 2-0. Herbert Deniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henny Abbekerk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giel Spoel's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stefan Oosterbaan to strike the kick off in the second half. If Julius Abbenbroek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Naufal Djakasuria made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Bruno Jansen sent off a good shot on target. Henny Abbekerk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gooitzen Koopmans's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Herbert Deniel took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henny Abbekerk. Henny Abbekerk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Jelte Akkerboom hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Henny Abbekerk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Deniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Henny Abbekerk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gooitzen Koopmans in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giel Spoel in the 85th minute of play forced Kievitsbraak S.V.'s goalkeeper Henny Abbekerk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the game, Stefan Oosterbaan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Naufal Djakasuria. Stefan Oosterbaan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-1.
