Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Herbert Deniel started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Denny Rodenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naufal Djakasuria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SV- Odijk getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Giel Spoel hit a great ball. Julius Abbenbroek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gooitzen Koopmans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ivo Hebels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the game, Bertus Rueda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Respelhoek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV- Odijk the free kick. The supporters of SV- Odijk booed when Respelhoek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertus Rueda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Respelhoek's zone, Gooitzen Koopmans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivo Hebels came out of the goal and Gooitzen Koopmans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the game, Herbert Deniel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SV- Odijk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Respelhoek the free kick. The supporters of SV- Odijk booed when Respelhoek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniël Ellerman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Gooitzen Koopmans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Herbert Deniel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ivo Hebels, 1-0. Gooitzen Koopmans struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ivo Hebels didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV- Odijk. 26 minutes into the game, Herbert Deniel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ivo Hebels was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 30 minutes into the match, Respelhoek's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Deniel came free, but Ivo Hebels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denny Rodenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Herbert Deniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Gooitzen Koopmans fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ivo Hebels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rob Hendriks, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. If Gooitzen Koopmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivo Hebels made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gooitzen Koopmans in the 43rd minute. Ivo Hebels made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Gooitzen Koopmans sent off a good shot on target. Herbert Deniel struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Ivo Hebels didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV- Odijk. Ivo Hebels made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gooitzen Koopmans in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denny Rodenberg to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Respelhoek defense, Gooitzen Koopmans kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivo Hebels. The Respelhoek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivo Hebels should have stopped the shot. Ivo Hebels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Deniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Herbert Deniel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivo Hebels. Respelhoek's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Herbert Deniel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Herbert Deniel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SV- Odijk's Naufal Djakasuria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save SV- Odijk from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giel Spoel during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Giel Spoel hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Gooitzen Koopmans put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ivo Hebels. After 76 minutes of play, SV- Odijk's Gooitzen Koopmans made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivo Hebels was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jan Ostermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ivo Hebels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rob Hendriks struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Ivo Hebels didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV- Odijk. After a rather tough play, SV- Odijk's Giel Spoel got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute Gooitzen Koopmans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Hebels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Andre Eringa in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SV- Odijk's Rob Hendriks.
