Prichart's Jan Vrieze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertus Homan in the 12th minute of play. Jan Vrieze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joost van Zijderveld in the 14th minute of play. After some careless play in the Prichart defense, Bertus Homan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan Vrieze. The Prichart fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan Vrieze should have stopped the shot. Koos Warneke scored 0-3 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Vrieze, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertus Homan in the 32nd minute of play forced Prichart's goalkeeper Jan Vrieze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Prichart's Falco Sterenberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matei Chelaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Koos Warneke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Vrieze read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Prichart's Jan Vrieze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joost van Zijderveld in the 40th minute of play. Jan Vrieze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joost van Zijderveld, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th minute, Joost van Zijderveld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnout Zwiers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 minutes of play, Getsewoudse Boys's Stef de Vries made it 2-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Vrieze was left in no man's land by his defense there!
