Jeffrey Steffens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronny Vaalman charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronny Vaalman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th match minute, Stolpskottet Väsby BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronny Vaalman to maneuver through the defense. Gerard ter Averst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeffrey Steffens might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nico-Jan Been. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeffrey Steffens ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute of the match Alex van Rijswijk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nico-Jan Been showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Stolpskottet Väsby BK booed when Oppenhuizen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Meerdink didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Gerard ter Averst managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerard ter Averst was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nico-Jan Been breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Alex van Rijswijk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Alex van Rijswijk got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Stolpskottet Väsby BK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julius de Winter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marick Vrieling's late challenge caught a Oppenhuizen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marick Vrieling helped the player get up and apologised. Marick Vrieling kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Jeffrey Steffens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nico-Jan Been came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeffrey Steffens slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 55th minute. Nico-Jan Been was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jeffrey Steffens showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 70 minute of play. Ronny Vaalman took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nico-Jan Been. Nico-Jan Been dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Jeffrey Steffens was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Ronny Vaalman quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bram Kaspers, made in the 82nd minute of the game. Mickael Waesbergen thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Nico-Jan Been, a very annoying self made goal in the 84th minute which led to 0-5. Nico-Jan Been was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jeffrey Steffens showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 87 minute of play. In the 89th minute, Japke van Zaanen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex van Rijswijk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Nico-Jan Been tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
