Joep Haar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ron Holst went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Henk Akkerman took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Joep Haar to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk Akkerman in the 17th minute of play forced sparta rotterdam's goalkeeper Joep Haar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Floris Roelofsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gido Heikens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. sparta rotterdam's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Ron Holst scored to the left of an out of position Joep Haar, making the score, 5-0. Joep Haar didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Amsterdam Baarsjes's Henk Akkerman shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 6-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 55 minutes into the match, Amsterdam Baarsjes's goal looked a bit too open when Rogier van der Tol came free, but Gido Heikens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joep Haar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ron Holst in the 56th minute of play. Jef Bust kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Joep Haar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-2. After a defensive mix-up in Amsterdam Baarsjes's zone, Floris Roelofsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gido Heikens came out of the goal and Floris Roelofsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Derk van Zijderveld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk Akkerman in the 79th minute of play forced sparta rotterdam's goalkeeper Joep Haar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joep Haar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ron Holst, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, Amsterdam Baarsjes's goalkeeper Gido Heikens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Floris Roelofsen. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 9-2 when Ron Holst sped through sparta rotterdam's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joep Haar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Floris Roelofsen got free with Gido Heikens in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rogier van der Tol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Gido Heikens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amsterdam Baarsjes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
