Urbes Palencia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Hendrik-Jan Blikman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Huizinga in the 77th minute of play forced Valkenberg's goalkeeper Eddy Steyns to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rheebruggen S.V.'s Hendrik-Jan Blikman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbes Palencia in the 81st minute of play. In the 86th minute Jacob Huizinga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddy Steyns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urbes Palencia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hendrik-Jan Blikman having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urbes Palencia in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hendrik-Jan Blikman saved Rheebruggen S.V. from getting behind. In the 92nd minute, Ernst Anneese got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
