Frans Kämpe made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SC Cliffeinde's Rik Kleine. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

SC Cliffeinde's Rik Kleine managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Frans Kämpe in the 61 minute of the game. In the 63rd minute, Piara Batistuta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgard Gasteren was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 66th minute, Piara Batistuta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marco Millrick's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Edgard Gasteren on his right side and into the goal. 93 minutes into the game it was 10-0. Bergeikers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
