A collision led to Jordaan getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Peter Theunissen hit a great ball. Harris Oost, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Wilco Eiting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Ridder in the 35th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Jönsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Chris Zalm. That made the score 1-0 in the 42 minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Jordaan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elco Sanders to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

With his leg Wilco Eiting managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Jordaan's Dilaver Özdoa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wilco Eiting took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristian Ridder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Zwart Wit Franeker 24's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Ridder came free, but Wilco Eiting reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Zwart Wit Franeker 24's goal looked a bit too open when Emiel Veenhuis came free, but Wilco Eiting reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
