AMOR EROS's Nathan Ottens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Langenbach in the 4th minute of play. Hans-Cees Struik took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nathan Ottens. Nathan Ottens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Langenbach in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nathan Ottens saved AMOR EROS from getting behind. In the 12th minute, Tom Sibon made a precise shot to the right of Nathan Ottens. AMOR EROS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Hans-Cees Struik charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hans-Cees Struik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, SC CAMBUUR LEEUWARDEN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans-Cees Struik to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Marco Langenbach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tom Sibon scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nathan Ottens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute Tom Sibon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathan Ottens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AMOR EROS's Nathan Ottens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Langenbach in the 23rd minute of play. SC CAMBUUR LEEUWARDEN's Henk Bartele couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AMOR EROS. Nathan Ottens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Cees Struik in the 31st minute of the match. The AMOR EROS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC CAMBUUR LEEUWARDEN were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marco Langenbach to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Kristof Kamps managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC CAMBUUR LEEUWARDEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristof Kamps was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, SC CAMBUUR LEEUWARDEN's Nathan Ottens threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hans Niekamp, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nathan Ottens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tom Sibon in the 55th minute of the match. Marco Langenbach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Ottens having to interfere. AMOR EROS's Nathan Ottens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Niekamp in the 59th minute of play. Nathan Ottens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Langenbach in the 61st minute of play. Hans-Cees Struik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Nathan Ottens made a huge save. In the 63rd minute, Hendrik-Jan Ricksen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marco Langenbach's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Nathan Ottens skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 67 minutes, Hendrik-Jan Ricksen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AMOR EROS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hendrik-Jan Ricksen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nathan Ottens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marco Langenbach in the 72nd minute. Nathan Ottens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Niekamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Hans-Cees Struik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nathan Ottens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Langenbach, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. AMOR EROS's Nathan Ottens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Sibon in the 78th minute of play. Jelle Dissels's late challenge caught a SC CAMBUUR LEEUWARDEN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jelle Dissels helped the player get up and apologised. Jelle Dissels hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Marco Langenbach could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Nathan Ottens made a huge save. AMOR EROS's Nathan Ottens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save AMOR EROS from getting a goal against them. After having played for 86 minutes, Hans-Cees Struik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC CAMBUUR LEEUWARDEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans-Cees Struik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tom Sibon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Ottens having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Sibon in the 89th minute of play forced AMOR EROS's goalkeeper Nathan Ottens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Marco Langenbach left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC CAMBUUR LEEUWARDEN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henk Bartele during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. SC CAMBUUR LEEUWARDEN played a much better game than AMOR EROS and deserved their victory. The AMOR EROS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
