Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pieter-Jan van Assen made the kick off which started today's match. In the 7th minute Gerrit Tijink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Degens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pieter-Jan van Assen got free with Nathan Ottens in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the match, AMOR EROS's goalkeeper Nathan Ottens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pieter-Jan van Assen. After having played for 14 minutes, Pieter-Jan van Assen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Greonterp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pieter-Jan van Assen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Johannes Palsma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Rolf Degens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pieter-Jan van Assen might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nathan Ottens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pieter-Jan van Assen ran back to his position shaking his head. AMOR EROS's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Uci Romansyah 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Rolf Degens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Busch in the 34th minute of the match. If Uci Romansyah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolf Degens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Busch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramon Busch made a kick off. Ramon Busch's late challenge caught a Greonterp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramon Busch helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, AMOR EROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Busch to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, AMOR EROS's Antoon Bijlsma got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Greonterp were furious when Coenraad Piening was red carded, 68 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Daniël Bok, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Greonterp's Uci Romansyah got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Johannes Palsma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AMOR EROS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Gerrit Tijink received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rolf Degens came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerrit Tijink slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 85th minute. A collision led to AMOR EROS getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gerrit Tijink hit a great ball. Rolf Degens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Busch in the 92nd minute of play. With a little luck, Greonterp's Rolf Degens got control of the ball when Johannes Palsma tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Ramon Busch took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Rolf Degens to make any attempt to save it. The Greonterp supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AMOR EROS's performance. The match ended with a win for AMOR EROS.
