The audience was convinced that Luc Hilhorst's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erik Iepstra was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Erik Iepstra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luc Hilhorst went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The Radomiak Radom fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Radomiak Radom's Co Velthuis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jan Buring might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erik Iepstra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The tension between the Gorpeind and the Radomiak Radom players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gorpeind getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Heiko Klaasens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Stelian Ciuvică tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luc Hilhorst in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erik Iepstra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Stelian Ciuvică showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maarten Zijlstra in the 69th minute of the match. If Luc Hilhorst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72ndth minute of the game Luc Hilhorst who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gorpeind's Erik Iepstra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded Radomiak Radom left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gorpeind.
