With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olof Koekkoek in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andy Franssen saved Sellingen from getting behind. Jacob Eylens struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Remond Stuifzand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sellingen. 14 minutes into the match, Sellingen's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Koekkoek came free, but Andy Franssen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Folkert Saelman fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berend Huizing in the 20th minute of play forced Sellingen's goalkeeper Andy Franssen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andy Franssen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berend Huizing went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the match, Schuilenburg's goalkeeper Remond Stuifzand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gert Schoonderwoerd. When Jacob Eylens came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Sellingen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacob Eylens couldn't finish the play. Gert Schoonderwoerd scored 1-4 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remond Stuifzand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacob Eylens ran back to his position shaking his head. The Schuilenburg players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
