After a rather tough play, Radomiak Radom's Freek Gerrits got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute Gertjan Krol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Ciuvică saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Raamberg Excelsior eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
