Lukas Sundén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Rensenbrink, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Jorn Robben scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lukas Sundén, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lukas Sundén made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Rensenbrink in the 16th minute. The supporters of Lettelbert booed when Hogeweg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre Pik didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Hogeweg FC booed when Lettelbert was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurens Kroon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Hogeweg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommie Reinders to maneuver through the defense. Hogeweg FC's Lukas Sundén proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Hogeweg FC from getting a goal against them. In the 37th match minute, Lettelbert was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurens Kroon to maneuver through the defense. Jorn Robben who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Lukas Sundén when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Taco Kamps received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Arno Neijsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Leon Vliet made a precise shot to the right of Arno Neijsen. Lettelbert's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfred Rensenbrink to make the kick off. Alfred Rensenbrink received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Lukas Sundén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute of the match, Taco Kamps got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arno Neijsen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alfred Rensenbrink sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lukas Sundén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorn Robben in the 91st minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Taco Kamps got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hogeweg FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
