Heideheim FC's Sjors Wessel got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Geert Arend Wehkamp hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the match, Matijs Hensmans notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Dejavu FC's Gio de Backer. Gio de Backer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 12 minutes, Thomas Rodenberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dejavu FC and the Heideheim FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes Dejavu FC got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Rodenberg. José Dias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geert Arend Wehkamp went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Heideheim FC's José Dias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Heideheim FC from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd match minute, Heideheim FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thijs Stroobos to maneuver through the defense. Heideheim FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vincent Haremeijer 25 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Haremeijer in the 29th minute of play forced Heideheim FC's goalkeeper José Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th match minute, Dejavu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Ronde to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Heideheim FC's José Dias got control of the ball when Geert Arend Wehkamp tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Haremeijer, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd match minute, Heideheim FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sjors Wessel to maneuver through the defense.

Gio de Backer made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Emil Teuben sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Heideheim FC defense, Vincent Haremeijer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Dias. The Heideheim FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Dias should have stopped the shot. Gio de Backer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matijs Hensmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Rodenberg in the 70th minute of play forced Heideheim FC's goalkeeper José Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Olaf Walstra fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Heideheim FC's protests and gave Olaf Walstra a yellow card for diving instead. Geert Arend Wehkamp scored 4-2 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Dias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Matijs Hensmans hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geert Arend Wehkamp in the 86th minute of play forced Heideheim FC's goalkeeper José Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vincent Haremeijer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Douwe Ricksen fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dejavu FC's protests and gave Douwe Ricksen a yellow card for diving instead. When Emil Teuben came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Heideheim FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Teuben couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Dejavu FC booed when Heideheim FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Walstra didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Heideheim FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dejavu FC.
