Spectators: 7946 (Terracing: 5960, Seating: 1828, VIP seats: 158) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Herbert Velez kicked off to start the match. Dirk Jan Karremans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marick Bartels's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. In the 7thth minute of the game Eusebiu Miulescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but D.S United's Dirk Jan Karremans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 10 minutes, Ronny Schenning mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the D.S United and the Tibma players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to D.S United getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ronny Schenning hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eusebiu Miulescu in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dirk Jan Karremans saved D.S United from getting behind. After 13 minutes, Marick Bartels made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. D.S United's Dirk Jan Karremans tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, D.S United's Julius Reiling got a free kick in the 18th minute. Zé Roberto Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harris Wessel in the 21st minute of play. D.S United's Dirk Jan Karremans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebiu Miulescu in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of Tibma booed when D.S United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harris Wessel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the game, one of D.S United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Eusebiu Miulescu shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 35 minutes, Jurgen Oosting mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the D.S United and the Tibma players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes D.S United got a freekick which was hit by Jurgen Oosting. Zé Roberto Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Velez in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute of the match, Harris Wessel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zé Roberto Cardoso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eusebiu Miulescu to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Eusebiu Miulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tibma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebiu Miulescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 52nd minute, Harris Wessel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebiu Miulescu in the 56th minute of play forced D.S United's goalkeeper Dirk Jan Karremans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herbert Velez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Roberto Cardoso having to interfere. With his leg Dirk Jan Karremans managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Tibma's Marick Bartels fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 68 minutes into the game, when Jochem Wiggers put in a rough tackle. In the 67th minute, one of Tibma:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tibma. The referee gave D.S United a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Paul Bouwman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tibma's Zé Roberto Cardoso. 2-2. In the 74th minute, Angelo Sein got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mårten Kullgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marick Bartels got free with Dirk Jan Karremans in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tibma's Guus van Dongen got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in D.S United's zone, Angelo Sein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marick Bartels got free with Dirk Jan Karremans in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 98th play minutes Marick Bartels shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Dirk Jan Karremans and just under the crossbar into goal. When the final whistle sounded Tibma left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than D.S United.
