Spectators: 7477 (Terracing: 5578, Seating: 1849, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rien van Bommel made the kick off which started today's match. Michael Greef showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommie Melis in the 4th minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Niswijlre FC got a freekick which was hit by Bertus Ewald. Silvestre Casado struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Michael Greef didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zeyen FC. Henry Lever could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Michael Greef made a huge save. If Richard Meijs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Lever received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Michael Greef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Lever got free with Michael Greef in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rien van Bommel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Bertus Ewald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Richard Meijs notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Niswijlre FC's Michael Greef. Michael Greef was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute, Silvestre Casado made a precise shot to the right of Michael Greef. Niswijlre FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 37th match minute, Zeyen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommie Melis to maneuver through the defense. Rien van Bommel might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miroslav Jelínek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rien van Bommel ran back to his position shaking his head. After 43 minutes, Rien van Bommel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Niswijlre FC and the Zeyen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silvestre Casado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Greef having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard Meijs to strike the kick off in the second half. Silvestre Casado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michael Greef having to make a save. After having played for 53 minutes, Richard Meijs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zeyen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Richard Meijs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niswijlre FC's Michael Greef played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Meijs in the 60th minute of play. Bertus Ewald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvestre Casado scored 4-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michael Greef, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute, Henry Lever left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zeyen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 82nd minute Silvestre Casado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Greef saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Zeyen FC's Marcin Prosowski got a free kick in the 84th minute. If Richard Meijs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeyen FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
