After a rather tough play, Michaels All Stars's Max Tellingen got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute, Keinseman VV's Dennis Robbermond dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Keinseman VV's Mickael Wisgerhof played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Achterberg in the 13th minute of play. Dennis Robbermond scored 2-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herbert Klasens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 22 minutes, Lex Onrust managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Keinseman VV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lex Onrust was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stef Kroon charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stef Kroon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stef Kroon kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Mickael Wisgerhof took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timmie Terpstra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Klasens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Robbermond, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, Michaels All Stars's Timmie Terpstra got a free kick in the 36th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dennis Robbermond got free with Herbert Klasens in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lex Onrust received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Herbert Klasens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dennis Robbermond was the one to do the kick off. If Dennis Robbermond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Dennis Robbermond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Keinseman VV's Dennis Robbermond got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Herbert Klasens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brain Hulshof in the 67th minute of the match. Herbert Klasens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brain Hulshof in the 70th minute of play. When Pieter Hoogendorp fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Michaels All Stars's protests and gave Pieter Hoogendorp a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th match minute, Michaels All Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pieter Hoogendorp to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Dennis Robbermond managed to get in a good position for a shot. Keinseman VV's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis Robbermond was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herbert Klasens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rdth minute of the game Dennis Robbermond who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Michaels All Stars's Herbert Klasens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Herbert Klasens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lex Onrust's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Dennis Robbermond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Klasens having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Dennis Robbermond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Klasens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Robbermond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Klasens having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Michaels All Stars's zone, Brain Hulshof stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Klasens came out of the goal and Brain Hulshof tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dennis Robbermond struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Herbert Klasens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Keinseman VV. When Lex Onrust came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Keinseman VV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lex Onrust couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the match, Michaels All Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Robbermond came free, but Herbert Klasens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brain Hulshof might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herbert Klasens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brain Hulshof ran back to his position shaking his head. Keinseman VV's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
