Hans Bosma's late challenge caught a Fruta Tropical's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hans Bosma helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hizmet Movement getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Hans Bosma hit a great ball. With a little luck, Hizmet Movement's Pascall de Gooijer got control of the ball when Rein Verbeek tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Fruta Tropical's Mitchell Vorenkamp slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pascall de Gooijer. That made the score 2-0 after 22 minutes of play. When Ernst van Rijswijk came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Hizmet Movement fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernst van Rijswijk couldn't finish the play. Harris Schattenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koen Buskes, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Niels Saarloos charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niels Saarloos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 40 minutes into the game, one of Fruta Tropical:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Meindert Peppinck walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mitchell Vorenkamp was the one to do the kick off. Roelof Meijs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Mitchell Vorenkamp notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Hizmet Movement's Pascall de Gooijer. Pascall de Gooijer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pascall de Gooijer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rein Verbeek in the 73rd minute of play.
