Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eddy Berendt kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Adriaan Rijkaard notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Poonhaven's Adriaan Smit. After 18 played minutes Krul City Wolves got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Veninga. In the 20th minute Eddy Berendt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Salvatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luc Verhoeven charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luc Verhoeven the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Krul City Wolves's Luc Verhoeven got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 25 played minutes Poonhaven got a freekick which was hit by Mario Matthijs. Adriaan Rijkaard hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Adriaan Rijkaard fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Krul City Wolves's protests and gave Adriaan Rijkaard a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Krul City Wolves getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Adriaan Rijkaard hit a great ball. Mario Matthijs hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Cor Brürs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Poonhaven booed when Krul City Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilco Arends didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cor Brürs's late challenge caught a Poonhaven's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cor Brürs helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Krul City Wolves got a freekick which was hit by Cor Brürs. After a rather tough play, Krul City Wolves's Luc Verhoeven got a free kick in the 47th minute.

In the 51st minute, Ferry Dussel made a precise shot to the right of Adriaan Smit. Poonhaven's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After some careless play in the Poonhaven defense, Ferry Dussel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adriaan Smit. The Poonhaven fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adriaan Smit should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Cor Brürs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Krul City Wolves's supporters rose to their feet, but Cor Brürs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriaan Smit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mario Matthijs got a throw-in 59 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Edward Pool. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddy Berendt in the 61st minute of play forced Krul City Wolves's goalkeeper Joaquin Salvatore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Salvatore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddy Berendt, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Cor Brürs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Adriaan Smit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cor Brürs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joaquin Salvatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniël van Dalfsen in the 75th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Krul City Wolves got a freekick which was hit by Luc Verhoeven. Wilco Arends scored 0-5 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adriaan Smit, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luc Verhoeven hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Krul City Wolves had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
