In the 11th minute Tommi Lundell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otto Ierlandt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Oliverios in the 12th minute of play forced Lammerenburg HC's goalkeeper Otto Ierlandt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lammerenburg HC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 龙渊挺 was slow to take the kick. Paulo Oliverios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otto Ierlandt having to interfere. Martien Ponk hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. If Paulo Oliverios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 47 minutes into the match, Lammerenburg HC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Oliverios came free, but Otto Ierlandt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Sjaak Abbenbroek hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. After having played for 57 minutes, Hub Bartels managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lammerenburg HC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hub Bartels was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robert-Jan Colen hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Paulo Oliverios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Otto Ierlandt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommi Lundell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 龙渊挺 hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Lammerenburg HC defense, Tommi Lundell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Otto Ierlandt. The Lammerenburg HC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Otto Ierlandt should have stopped the shot. Spa's Albert Zapatero got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 minutes of play, Spa's Paulo Oliverios made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Otto Ierlandt was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st minute, Paulo Oliverios made a precise shot to the right of Otto Ierlandt. Lammerenburg HC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Paulo Oliverios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Paulo Oliverios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Otto Ierlandt was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0.
