In the 14th minute of the match Jacob Zwartkruis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zhao Ping Hui skillfully saved the ball. Filip Meurs came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Spa's Tommi Lundell. With a little luck, Gooische club's Filip Meurs got control of the ball when Tommi Lundell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulo Oliverios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th play minute Tommi Lundell came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Filip Meurs. 4-0. Douwe Peeters charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Douwe Peeters the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Spa's Douwe Peeters got a free kick in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Tommi Lundell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Filip Meurs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Paulo Oliverios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Spa fully deserved thier win.
