Anthony Mulders struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Lex Brürs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Titmouse. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stephan Kramer got free with Vladimír Ondroušek in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Federico Abechuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Harmelen defense, Anthony Mulders kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lex Brürs. The Harmelen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lex Brürs should have stopped the shot. Foeke Kamps kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Jacques de Nooijer charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacques de Nooijer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Titmouse! The goalkeeper, Vladimír Ondroušek, was totally fooled by Harmelen's Jacobo Venceslao, who 36 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Stephan Kramer took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vladimír Ondroušek. Vladimír Ondroušek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Hubert van Rhijn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert van Rhijn in the 52nd minute of play forced FC Titmouse's goalkeeper Vladimír Ondroušek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC Titmouse defense, Harald Onderwater kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vladimír Ondroušek. The FC Titmouse fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vladimír Ondroušek should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in FC Titmouse's zone, Stephan Kramer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimír Ondroušek came out of the goal and Stephan Kramer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, FC Titmouse's goal looked a bit too open when Hubert van Rhijn came free, but Vladimír Ondroušek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harmelen's attentive Dimitrie Kosterman managed to snatch the ball when Joost Driessens made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. After having played for 63 minutes, Anthony Mulders managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Titmouse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Mulders was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute, Stephan Kramer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimír Ondroušek was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. A collision led to Harmelen getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Harald Onderwater hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Anthony Mulders left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Titmouse fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. In the 90th minute, Andrzej Trzenzalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, FC Titmouse's Dick Ooijer broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
