Spectators: 8459 (Terracing: 6348, Seating: 1946, VIP seats: 165) Corky United's Erwin van den Brink started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Benjamin Colen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corky United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Benjamin Colen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gio Driel having to make a save. After 14 played minutes Limmerkoog got a freekick which was hit by Hans van Bommel. Bas Lans kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Benjamin Colen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corky United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erwin van den Brink in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gio Driel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th minute, Bas Lans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bas Lans charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bas Lans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th match minute, Limmerkoog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bas Lans to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Corky United's Benjamin Colen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gio Driel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gio Driel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erwin van den Brink's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 34thth minute of the game Erwin van den Brink who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Limmerkoog's Gio Driel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benjamin Colen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gio Driel having to interfere. Limmerkoog's Gio Driel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Colen in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to Limmerkoog getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Gooitzen Gentenaar hit a great ball. Benjamin Colen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Corky United fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Corky United's Erwin van den Brink looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Limmerkoog players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Corky United were winning 0-6.

The wind increased when Frank Hoven made the kick off in the second half. Erwin van den Brink took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gio Driel. Gio Driel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Erwin van den Brinks short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Gio Driel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Marnix Palsma came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Corky United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marnix Palsma couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the game, Benjamin Colen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gio Driel. Benjamin Colen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. If Benjamin Colen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74thth minute of the game Benjamin Colen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Limmerkoog's Gio Driel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erwin van den Brink got free with Gio Driel in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Limmerkoog's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Benjamin Colen scored to the left of an out of position Gio Driel, making the score, 0-11. Limmerkoog's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Benjamin Colen 85 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-12. In a very dangerous position, a player in Limmerkoog fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! When the match was over Corky United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Limmerkoog throughout the match.
