Roverberg S.C.'s Folker Stekelenburg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Baadsager in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, Harkstede RKSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jasper Tuyp to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karamfil Shanov in the 20th minute of play forced Harkstede RKSV's goalkeeper Damian Natanael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Folker Stekelenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Baadsager in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Roverberg S.C.'s goalkeeper Folker Stekelenburg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casper Bartels. Karamfil Shanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Natanael having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Patrick Bodde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Harkstede RKSV's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Machado came free, but Damian Natanael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerard Klaassen kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Folker Stekelenburg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willie Fountain, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
