The The Dalwhinnie Boys fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when The Dalwhinnie Boys's Bruno Zuidema looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Ascoli Picchio F.C. defense, Bruno Zuidema kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ademar Queirós. The Ascoli Picchio F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ademar Queirós should have stopped the shot. Ademar Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mirko Blank, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ademar Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mirko Blank in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Mirko Blank left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Dalwhinnie Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Ademar Queirós didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Zuidema went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Ademar Queirós didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mirko Blank went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Niko Kramer took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ademar Queirós. Ademar Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. In the 28th minute Robert-Jan ten Rouwelaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Bruno Zuidema notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s Ademar Queirós. Ademar Queirós was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 32 minutes into the match, Mirko Blank had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ademar Queirós. Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mirko Blank was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Ademar Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Zuidema, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ademar Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciccio Lampa in the 39th minute of play. After 41 minutes of play, The Dalwhinnie Boys's Mirko Blank made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ademar Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirko Blank in the 46th minute of play forced Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s goalkeeper Ademar Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Ciccio Lampa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ascoli Picchio F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The Dalwhinnie Boys were winning 0-10.

Ademar Queirós was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Ger Mols capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ger Mols really showed his touch with that goal: 0-13. Ademar Queirós came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by The Dalwhinnie Boys's Mikhail Lapshin. But to his dismay, Mikhail Lapshin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-15. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Zuidema in the 79th minute of play forced Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s goalkeeper Ademar Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ademar Queirós came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by The Dalwhinnie Boys's Bruno Zuidema. But to his dismay, Bruno Zuidema quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-16. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 0-17 when Bruno Zuidema sped through Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ademar Queirós. Ademar Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ger Mols in the 90th minute of the match. After 90 minutes of play Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s Werner Rooze was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The Dalwhinnie Boys played a much better game than Ascoli Picchio F.C. and deserved their victory. The Ascoli Picchio F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
