Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5575, Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 50) Hubert Houwing made the kick off and thus started the match. 2 minutes into the match, Karahan Saylan notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Daarlerveen's Jurgen Spierenburg. Jurgen Spierenburg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Medevoort's Simon Drábek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barry Mans in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Medevoort getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Jurjen de Ridder hit a great ball. With his leg Jurgen Spierenburg managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Medevoort's Fermin Bonadona fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hubert Houwing succeeded in the game's 13th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. The Daarlerveen fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Daarlerveen's Barry Mans looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ron Stuijt kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of Medevoort booed when Daarlerveen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Tieleman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Drábek came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Daarlerveen's Hubert Houwing. But to his dismay, Hubert Houwing quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The audience was convinced that Barry Mans's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Drábek was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Daarlerveen's zone, Fausto Mangione stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jurgen Spierenburg came out of the goal and Fausto Mangione tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karahan Saylan was the one to do the kick off. Hubert Houwing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jurgen Spierenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Mangione in the 55th minute of play. With a little luck, Medevoort's Simon Drábek got control of the ball when Hubert Houwing tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Daarlerveen's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Bonadona came free, but Jurgen Spierenburg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Medevoort getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Long Canac hit a great ball. In the last second Simon Drábek throw himself and got hold of the ball when Barry Mans in the 69thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ron Stuijt kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Jurgen Spierenburg came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Medevoort's Fermin Bonadona. But to his dismay, Fermin Bonadona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Medevoort's Simon Drábek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barry Mans in the 78th minute of play. Hubert Houwing struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Simon Drábek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Daarlerveen. After 81 minutes of play, Medevoort's Karahan Saylan made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jurgen Spierenburg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Simon Drábek made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Hubert Houwing sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute, Barry Mans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Medevoort's zone, Barry Mans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Drábek came out of the goal and Barry Mans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Medevoort fans cheered their team off the field, for while Daarlerveen had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
